SPECIAL DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY DISHES OF RAMADAN

RAMADAN HAS COME, IN WHICH ALL THE LIFE ROUTINE IS CHANGED, NOT ONLY THE TIMING OF SLEEP AND AWAKE CHANGES BUT ALSO A CHANGE IS SEEN IN THE MATTERS OF EATING, THEREFORE BALANCED DIET IS NECESSARY AFTER FASTING ALL DAY.WHEN DISHES ARE MADE FOR IFTAR THEN THEY SHOULD BE HALTHY AND BALANCED. 

KHATTI MEETHI FRUIT CHAAT (SOUR AND SWEET FRUIT CHAAT)

Ingredients: Banana 6, Guava half kg, Papaya half kg, 2 Lemon, Orange juice one cup, Chopped pepper half tea spoon, Black pepper half tea spoon.

RECIPE: Cut all the fruits, squeeze lemon in it, and add orange juice and all the spices in it and mix it. Put it in the fridge and eat at Iftar. You will like a simple, healthy and refreshing dish. 

MASHROOB UBQARI AFZA FRUIT CHAAT

Ingredients: Mashroob Ubqari Afza one cup, Apple 2, Guava 3, Pear 2, Pine Apple half cup, Banana 6, Grapes half cup, Sweet melon half cup, Pomegranate half cup, Some Dates, Peach half cup, Cream 1 packet, Sugar as you need.

RECIPE: Cut all the fruits in cubes, and put them in big bowl and sprinkle sugar on them, then add half cream and mix it when the sugar melts then add remaining half cream and Mashroob Ubqar afza drink in it. And put in the fridge. Eat at the time of Iftar. 

MAKE TUK BATATA AND ENJOY

Ingredients: Potatoes (boil and peel off the zest) 1 kg, Cumin 2 tablespoon (roast and crush it),

Tamarind 50 grams, Sugar 4 teaspoons, chopped red chili,  2 teaspoons, Salt as you need, Kadi Patta or curry leaf little quantity, Mustard seeds one teaspoon, Cooking Oil 4 tablespoon, Green chili, Green Coriander, and Mint chopped.

RECIPE: Add cooking oil in a small stewpot after heating it add curry leaf and mustard seeds in it and now mix well all spices and potatoes and take off from the stove, delicious Tuk Batata is ready, use with papri and raita at Iftar. 

COLORED DELICIOUS HEALTHY FRITTERS

Ingredients: Gram flour half cup, Red chili crushed 1 teaspoon, Salt 1 teaspoon, Boiled Peas half cup, Boiled Carrot (cut in little pieces) half cup, Cabbage (chopped) half cup, Green Onion 2 (cut with the green part), Green Chili 4 chopped, Coriander chopped half cup, Egg (boiled) 2 (cut in little pieces), Ajwain seed half teaspoon, pomegranate seed crushed one tablespoon, cooking oil for deep fry.

RECIPE: Add all the things except oil in the bowl and mix with water. The mixture should be thick that the gram flour will stuck with the vegetables. After putting it for fifteen minutes, heat up the oil and pour the mixture with spoon in it, take it off when it turns golden, serve your dear ones in Iftar. For more taste make raita of yogurt. 

SPICY AALU CHANNAY

Ingredients: White Chickpeas half kg, Potatoes half kg, Tamarind juice 1 cup, White Cumin seed (roasted and crushed) 2 teaspoons,  Red chili (raw) 8 chopped, Tomato 2, Soda 1 teaspoon, Sugar 1 teaspoon, Red chili powder 1 tablespoon, Mint and Coriander (chopped), Green chili (chopped) 4. Red chili powder one tablespoon, Sugar 1 tablespoon, Salt half spoon, and mix it in tamarind juice and cook it for five minutes.

RECIPE: Wash well the soaked chickpeas in the morning. And add soda in it and boil. When chickpeas get boiled, add potatoes (cut them in little pieces). When the potatoes are boiled take off from the stove, and add tamarind juice, onion, tomatoes, mint, coriander, and green chili in it and mix it and sprinkle roasted spice on it. Eat according to your need in Iftar, and enjoy. 

SHEER EID! DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY

Ingredients: Milk 2 kg, Vermicelli half kg, Khoa 250 grams, Cream 1 packet, Corn Flour 3 tablespoon, Almond, pistachio (chopped) half cup, Dried dates (cut in long shape and soak in half cup milk for half hour), Desi Ghee 2 tablespoon, Green Cardamom 6 (just crush the grain), Sugar 1 cup.

RECIPE: Pour milk in pot and put it on stove, in other pot add water and vermicelli and boil them, when vermicelli gets boiled then filter it by pouring cold water on them. Add cardamom and sugar in milk. Mix corn flour in half-cup water or milk when milk gets boiled add corn flour in it, add Khoa and mix it. When milk bcomes thick like custard take it off and add desi ghee. Now in a serving bowl put vermicelli then add milk and mix with spoon, and add cream and mix it, sprinkle almonds and pistachios at the top and make flower with the dried dates. Prepare at chand raat and serve to the guests on Eid day. 

DON’T JUST EAT SUGAR BUT ALSO APPLY IT

Respected Hakim Sahib Assalam o alaikum! Once my sister’s hand was injured with glass, it was bleeding, we applied ice and other things but in vein, my sister became pale with fear when she saw bleeding, I remembered prescription of Ubqari, I tried and bleeding stopped immediately, the prescription was that apply sugar on the wound.
